DESCRIPTION

The Armstrong Performance Mast series combines cutting-edge technology, fine-tuned design, and premium materials to create a top-tier mast for wing, prone surf, SUP surf, downwind, kite, and tow foiling. Developed in collaboration with Americas Cup engineers, this mast minimizes drag, reduces ventilation, and delivers exceptional stiffness and responsiveness.

Using high modulus (HM) and intermediate modulus (IM) carbon fibers, Armstrong has optimized flex patterns and strength across all sections of the mast. With over 100 prototypes tested, the result is an ultra-high-performance mast with minimized drag, improved control, and a new, lightweight construction. Proprietary titanium M7 hardware ensures a secure, drag-reducing connection to your board.

Mast Rake Angle: The 1 mast rake angle provides an enhanced ride by fine-tuning board angle relative to the foil. This feature reduces drag during takeoff, increases stability on touchdowns, and keeps the nose elevated, allowing for fast, high-angle riding without catching.
