ELS SURFBOARDS – THE GRENADE

The Grenade has a single concave running from the nose to under the front foot which blends into a double concave and then a “V” in the last 6 inches of the bottom curve. This curve gives the board amazing speed and responsiveness from take-off.

The outline has a fuller nose with a wider tail which keeps the board’s speed up while giving more control and allowing for easier rail-to-rail transitions at high speed. It has a flatter deck and full rails adding to the overall volume, so you should order it 1/8 to 3/16 inch thinner, 2-4 inches shorter, and 1/4 to 1/2 inch wider than your normal short board.
